Talk about a bait-and-switch! I got suckered in by the coolest game title ever, only to find that it has nothing to do with samurai OR zombies. Instead it involves the epic struggle between a forty-foot floating head and a greased-up undead Sean Connery. I could not make this up.

Wow… Even though it Trolled us with an epic plot, it still is made of win. I mean, the win may be totally deformed and shaped like some weird zombie head, but still… A weird game is a good game in my book. this looks like it could have been the Katamari Damacy of its day. Either way, I’ve got to find the sprites for this game now…

This is one of the funniest things I have ever seen.
Okay, if you make a game where you play as a samurai taking on zombies, alien overlords, and the Statue of Liberty come to life, you have an obligation NOT to screw it up!

Well, the name of the Samurai could be a reference to an ancient monster from Japanese mythology called a nubekubi, which could detach it’s head, which would then fly around in search of victims. So that’s probably why you play as his head..

The classic annoying rave song, “ZOMBIE NATION”! Seriously! You didn’t just, like, go on iTunes or something and just type “zombie nation” in the search field? To put the shitty rave music into the mind-bending zombie-head shmup would have been EPIC.

It was when I use to bring my Asus EEE PC to school and play it. I showed it to my friend and we were confused as fuck.This game is annoying as balls, although I had a lot of fun whilst I thought I was tripping balls.

so let me get this straight…the severed head of what must apparently be a 100 foot tall samurai flies to the US to save us from an evil alien that looks like an enormous naked sean connery and his weapons and vehicle trained zombie army and his ace in the hole, a possessed medusa lady libery…by shooting out what appear to be an endless cache of flying eyeballs and maybe those chattering joke teeth the joker was so fond of and DESTROYING EVERY SQUARE INCH OF EVERY BUILDING, MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD IN THE COUNTRY?!!!???

from the severed samurai head vs the evil statue of liberty thing alone i have to assume this has got to be one of those games that meant something totally different in japan that had it’s “story” altered for release in the states. also probably why that magic sword he came to get is probably never mentioned again. in japan it was probably called “fuck those stupid yankee shits” or “you think the a-bomb is bad, try a flying giant samurai head you filthy gaijin dogs”
or maybe just something simpler like “fuck you america” we may never know…

Being teabagged to death by a battleaxe wielding muscular naked zombie Sean Connery… that’s one of the more original ways to die in a videogame.
I honestly think the story was completely changed for the US.
I feel that the zombies are actually just the US Military. Think of it like that and realize what really is going on.
